A Good Ear Helps the Culture Travel.

Somebody put you on to a song you still carry. Maybe you’ve done the same for someone else. That exchange is part of how culture lives—and how an artist finds people who understand the work.

TasteMasters Community Curators bring intention to that everyday influence. We seek out overlooked talent, listen beyond what’s familiar, and share the details that make a record worth another person’s time.

What caught your ear? What stayed with you? What might someone else hear differently?

Your perspective gives the conversation somewhere to begin. Together, we can connect artists with listeners, bring local discoveries into wider view, and build a record of the talent growing around us.

Your city has a sound. Help us hear it.

Who’s making something worth hearing around you?

It could be an artist performing to a small room, a record passed between friends, or someone whose strongest work has barely traveled beyond their own neighborhood. Your familiarity with a scene can bring talent into view that we might otherwise miss.

Bring the artist’s name, a link to the work, and your reason for recommending it. Point us toward the verse, production, delivery, or feeling that made you stop and listen. Give credit to the people behind it.

You don’t have to know the artist personally. You do have to give the work your attention.

City to city, discovery begins with somebody listening closely enough to say, “You need to hear this.”

Build a Name for Your Ear.

Being a TasteMasters Curator gives your love of music somewhere to grow.

Discover artists beyond your usual rotation. Exchange perspectives with other attentive listeners. Develop the language to explain what makes a record work—and help deserving talent reach people who might otherwise never hear it.

Your contributions become a body of work of their own: discoveries, thoughtful recommendations, and a growing record of your judgment. Represent the talent around you while building connections across cities, sounds, and scenes.

Curator registration is based on the substance of your submission. The music you bring forward matters. So does your explanation of why it deserves attention. We’re listening for care, discernment, and the ability to support your perspective with something specific in the work.

Choose a record. Introduce its creator. Show us what you hear.

Your first recommendation is our introduction to your ear.

Who Will You Put Us On To?

Somewhere, an artist is making the record that somebody needs to hear.

Bring us your discovery—and the perspective that makes it worth sharing.

The people’s industry begins with the people’s ears.
